You will first need to register for an 充美好EVIVA account to become an 充美好EVIVA user. When you register, you need to provide us with at least the registered cell phone number, password and nickname you intend to use, and we will verify your identity is valid by sending an SMS verification code. After successful registration, you can modify and add your nickname, gender, birthday and your certification-related information, all of which are your "account information". Your additional account information will help us to provide you with personalized member privileges such as member birthday privileges. However, if you do not provide such additional information, it will affect your access to personalized membership services, but will not affect your access to recharge and charging functions.
1.2Providing products/services to you
1）The personal information you provide to us.
(1) Payment: When you pay for your order on 充美好EVIVA, you can choose the payment services provided by third-party payment institutions (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay Pay, Cloud Flash Pay and other payment channels). The payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your 充美好EVIVA order information and reconciliation information with these payment institutions to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment.
(2) Services: When you contact our services, our system may record the communication records between you and services, as well as use your account information in order to verify your identity; when you need us to provide customer service related to your order, we may query your order information in order to give you appropriate assistance and processing; when you need services to assist you in amending relevant information, you may also need to provide information other than the above information in order to complete the amendment.
2）Personal information that we may collect in the process of your use of the service.
In order to meet the basic requirements of laws and regulations and the provision of services, and to protect the security of your account and system operation, we will collect relevant information generated in the course of your use of our services, including:
(1) Log information: When you use the products/services provided by us, we will automatically collect details of your use of our services and keep them as relevant web logs, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language, version of operating system, date and time of access, and records of web pages you have requested.
(2) Location information: In order to facilitate your discovery of charging stations around you, we provide you with services based on your geographical location (LBS). When you turn on the device positioning function and use our LBS, we may collect and use your location information for the purpose of checking the nearby charging stations for you. We may use technologies to locate your physical location, including IP addresses, GPS, and sensor technologies such as Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth and base stations that can provide relevant information.Please note that most mobile devices allow you to turn off location, and we recommend that you refer to or contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device for details on how to do so. Once you turn off location through system authorization and stop our collection of your location information, you may not be able to use the services we provide to you based on geolocation or achieve the desired results of the relevant services.
(3) Device information: We may receive and record the relevant device information you use in the process of receiving our services, such as device model, unique device identifier, operating system, resolution, telecommunication carrier and other hardware and software information, according to your specific authority in the installation and use of the software.Our product integrates Youmeng+SDK，Youmeng+SDK needs to collect your device’s Mac address, unique device identification code (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and providing basic anti-cheating capabilities by geographic location calibration report data accuracy.
For information collected from you logging into various devices using the same 充美好EVIVA account, we may associate them so that we can provide you with consistent service on those devices.
3）Your personal information that we may collect indirectly
If you authorize to use a third party account (WeChat, Alipay, QQ) to log in, we will obtain your shared account information (such as avatar, nickname, etc.) from the third party and bind your third party account to your 充美好EVIVA account after you agree to this privacy policy.
1.3To provide you with security
In order to improve the security of your use of the services we provide and to more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan horse viruses, we may use or integrate your personal information and the information that our affiliates and partners obtain your authorization or share in accordance with the law to make a comprehensive judgment of your account and transaction risks based on your usage habits and common software information, including verification of identity, prevention, detection, investigation of possible fraud, network viruses, network attacks and other security risks, as well as violations of our or our affiliates' agreements, policies or rules, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, other users, us or our affiliates, and to record some links that we consider risky ("URL").

Please note that data that cannot be directly linked to any particular individual is not personal information. If we combine data that cannot be linked to any particular individual with other information for the purpose of identifying that individual or use it in conjunction with personal information, such information will be considered personal information for the duration of the combined use.
2. How we use cookies and similar technologies.

2) Your charging history: You can click "Charging History" in "My" page in 充美好EVIVA App to view your charging history.
3)Please feel free to contact us if you need access to or correction of any other personal information generated in the course of using our products or services. We will respond to your request in the manner and within the time frame set forth in this Privacy Policy.
4) Personal information that you cannot access or correct: In addition to the information listed above, we are unable to provide you with access to or correct some of your personal information, mainly your device information collected to enhance your user experience and ensure transaction security, and personal information generated when you use additional functions. The above information will be used within the scope of your authorization and cannot be accessed or corrected, but you may contact us for deletion or anonymization.
5.2Deletion of your personal information
You can request us to delete your personal information in the following cases.

When you delete information from our Services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup systems, but will delete it when the backup is updated.

For your reasonable requests, we do not charge a fee in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a cost fee as appropriate. We may refuse requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, requiring the development of a new system or a fundamental change in current practice), pose a risk to the legal rights of others, or are highly impractical (for example, involving the backup of information stored on tapes).
We will not be able to respond to your request if we are required by law or regulation to do so in the following circumstances.
1)It is related to national security or national defense security.
2) There is about public safety, public health, and significant public interest.
3)there is related to crime investigation, prosecution and trial, etc.
4) There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights.
5) Because responding to your request will lead to serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations.
6.Protection of personal information of minors
6.1 充美好EVIVA attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using our products and/or services. 充美好EVIVA protects the personal information of minors in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations.
6.2 For cases where we collect personal information from minors with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information as permitted by law, with the express consent of the parents or guardians, or as necessary to protect the minor.
